ANALYSIS OF DESCRIPTORS OF THE INFLUENCE OF MODERN AGRICULTURAL FORMS OF UKRAINE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREAS

The article defines the essence of the criteria of influence on the activities of modern agricultural formation in Ukraine on the level of development of rural areas capable of functioning effectively in new conditions.
The basis of the study was the theoretical provisions regarding the development of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions and their influence on the process of improving the regulatory and legal framework for the modernization of economic development in the countryside. To achieve the goal, modern generally accepted scientific research methods were used. In particular, the financial condition of rural areas, which is affected by the activities of modern agricultural organizations, which are the main beneficiaries of the rural budget, was diagnosed using the method of systemic analysis. In addition, mathematical and statistical methods made it possible to reveal the dynamics of rural development to the state of agriculture in general and the formation of agriculture in particular.
Studies have shown that budget decentralization significantly affected the level of rural development, and modern agrarian structures did not receive a motivational source for strengthening the economic foundation. Implementation of the village development strategy by strengthening the financial base makes it possible to transition to the sustainable functioning of the rural area.
On the basis of the conducted research, we can come to the conclusion that in Ukraine, within the framework of decentralization, the development of rural areas is not ensured due to the activation of the activities of agricultural formations of various organizational and legal forms. The lack of active actions on the part of state and local authorities, as well as business structures, will deepen the risks of sustainable development of rural areas in the future.
One of the most optimal ways out of such a situation should be the formation of integrated industrial and economic entities of a new level, which have the ability to ensure the formation and use of the resources of rural areas in order to ensure their sustainable development.
