The influence of agricultural holdings on rural development in conditions of economic decentralization is becoming more noticeable than ever. In developing countries, the agricultural sector is still very important to support and accelerate economic development. Most of the agricultural areas are located in rural areas. Therefore, it is often believed that the development of rural areas is also the development of agriculture. Natural and human resources in rural areas have great potential for development in the agricultural sector. Land and water are the main natural resources in rural areas and are used for farming by rural residents, who mostly work in the agricultural sector. Therefore, the management of natural and human resources is the key to success in realizing the goals of agricultural and rural development. Of course, this success should be supported by various government policies and other related institutions capable of encouraging the available human resources in rural areas.
Implementation and development of both physical and non-physical technologies are also important components of agricultural and rural development. Most of the economic development in developing countries is related to agricultural and agricultural development aimed at increasing the productivity of land and human resources to improve the lives of their people.
The economic and financial structure becomes an instrument of sustainability if it is periodically reviewed and improved and affects the majority of holding companies in the region.Otherwise, it tends to become a disruptive factor that polarizes opportunities in favor of regional leaders, hindering free competition and undermining the region's sustainable agricultural dynamism. Among the elements of vulnerability, we identified organizational aspects related to holding companies, such as: promotion of holding companies, dissemination of the benefits and obligations of the association, strategic cooperation with the authorities, involvement of holding companies in regional cooperation programs and measures to reduce logistics chains.
The development of agriculture is an integral part of the economic development of rural areas, which requires integration. Several problems that arise in agricultural and rural development need to be solved by considering different aspects. Rural institutions should be involved in the implementation of agrarian and rural development. In the case of the province of Bali, the development of agriculture and rural areas can be aimed at the development of tourism, industry, environment and economic activities. This can be in the form of the development of agritourism, agro-industry, an integrated farming system (crop and livestock systems) and rural enterprises. Improvements in agricultural and rural development have accelerated the growth of the rural economy, thus reducing poverty.
