TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETITIVENESS AS A RESULT OF THE REALIZATION OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OBJECTS OF ENTERPRISES: METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ANALYSIS

The article substantiates that accentological competitiveness as a macroeconomic category has its own fundamental provisions that need to be considered during the formation of the methodology of its research. It is determined that the criteria for assessing technological competitiveness as a result in the realization of innovative potential and commercialization of intellectual property objects of an entrepreneur are complex, floating and targeting, extensive-intensive balance, identification of the basis of comparison, comparativeness of competitive positions, realization of opportunities, dynamic goals and results, combination of structuring and unity of the system, rational distribution of costs and results, orientation to the realization of potential. It is proved that the modern composition of the methodological and input and the method of analysis is not limited and in each case requires the layout of the most optimal composition, the definition of which can be carried out in accordance with the following classification features according to: integral indices, methods of evaluation, objects of implementation of the results of innovation and technological development, forms of their presentation, variables, analysed by methods for determining weight coefficients, levels of spatial penetration, basic aspects of analysing international competitiveness, approaches to determining boundaries and thresholds.
It is proved that the innovative model of managerial behaviour at all levels (products, enterprises, clusters, industries, sectors and the national economy in general) should become dominant during the growth and effectiveness of innovation and technological activity in the country, since only in this way it is possible to create preconditions for ensuring leading positions in the markets, as well as in the technological modernization of key sectors of the economy, which, in fact, determine the place of enterprises of the national real sectors in the global economy, provide an increase in labour productivity in all other sectors and areas of the national economy.
