Розкрито актуальність проблеми вдосконалення методики аналізування макроекономічних та соціальних передумов розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я.. Узагальнено макроекономічні результати функціонування закладів охорони здоров’я України у 2010-2020 рр. Охарактеризовано підприємницьку активність у сфері охорони здоров’я в Україні та Тернопільській області у 2014-2020 рр. Наведено фінансово-економічні результати діяльності закладів охорони здоров’я в Україні та Тернопільській області у 2014-2020 рр. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз фінансових результатів до оподаткування діяльності закладів охорони здоров’я Тернопільській області та Україні у розрахунку на один суб’єкт господарювання у 2014-2020 рр. Охарактеризовано рівень плинності кадрів та оплати праці у закладах охорони здоров’я України у 2010-2020 рр. Наведено інтелектуально-кадрове забезпечення закладів охорони здоров’я України у 2010-2020 рр.
