У статті розкрито актуальність проблематики активізації інноваційно-технологічного розвитку. Метою дослідження визначено обґрунтування теоретико-прикладних засад регіональної політики формування інституційного середовища розвитку інноваційної діяльності в регіональній економці. Систематизовано базиси регіональної економічної політики розвитку інноваційно-технологічної діяльності. Аргументовано альтернативи стратегування формування інституційного середовища розвитку інноваційної діяльності в регіоні. Узагальнено елементи типового інструментарію регіональної політики стимулювання інноваційного розвитку в організаційному та економічному аспектах. Ідентифіковані перешкоди, принципи та результати регіональної політики формування якісного інституційного середовища інноваційної діяльності.
