НАПРЯМИ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СТРУКТУРНИХ ЗМІН НА ВНУТРІШНЬОМУ РИНКУ

У дослідженні наголошено на об’єктивно існуючій потребі, а також проблематиці забезпечення ефективного державного управління структурними змінами та інституційними реформами на внутрішньому ринку. Метою дослідження визначено наукове обґрунтування напрямів дослідження структурних змін на внутрішньому ринку. Показано, що питання формування й реалізації регіональної економічної політики структурних реформ є критично актуальними, причому за всіх типів та фаз суспільного відтворення, коли за спаду економіки потребуються більш кардинальні зміни в її структурі, а на етапі зростання – орієнтовані на інноваційно-технологічну модернізацію, слідування трендам найбільш конкурентоспроможних і прогресивних лідерів. Визначено компоненти й напрямами структурного реформування регіональної економічної системи, а саме (1) формування оптимальної галузево-продуктової структури регіональної економіки; (2) становлення повноцінного інституційного середовища; (3) забезпечення раціонального й динамічного перебігу відтворювальних процесів; (4) збалансування секторальних пропорцій регіональної соціально-економічної системи; (5) активізація інноваційно-технологічного розвитку та його внеску у зміцнення конкурентоспроможності регіональної економіки.
