IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM FOR INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF PERSONNEL POLICY MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article examines the company's personnel policy as the most important personnel management tool in market conditions. The essence of the concept of effective personnel policy is defined, which is aimed at setting goals and solving the tasks of the defined strategy of the company's development in competitive market conditions. The personnel policy of the enterprise must be developed on the basis of a certain system of rules, procedures, traditions, which are directly related to the implementation of the processes of personnel selection, their placement, use, retraining, stimulation, motivation, career growth, etc. The proposed management system of the company's personnel policy necessitates the need for economic justification of its effectiveness. In particular, we justify the effectiveness of stimulating labor productivity on the basis of improving the systems of payment of labor, rationing and pricing of labor, management of labor motivation of employees, their material and moral encouragement on the basis of the distribution of the company's profit. In order to effectively form the personnel policy of human resources management of the industrial enterprise, it is proposed to improve the system of increasing the efficiency of the management of the personnel policy of the enterprise. The proposed management system of the company's personnel policy necessitates an economic justification of its effectiveness. In particular, the effectiveness of stimulating labor productivity based on the improvement of labor payment systems, labor standardization and pricing, management of labor motivation of employees, their material and moral encouragement based on the distribution of the company's profit is substantiated. The methods that most effectively affect the improvement of personnel policy are presented, the basis of the development of criteria for an effective labor system of an industrial enterprise was laid on the basis of state legislative and normative wage regulators, labor productivity, financial capabilities of the enterprise, the share of individual labor contribution of each employee to the economic results of the enterprise.
