The article proves the key role of transport infrastructure and states that it is the foundation for the introduction of innovations, the expansion of international trade and the distribution of production capacities. The level of development of transport infrastructure reflects the readiness of the country to enter the new sixth technological order with an emphasis on bio-, nano-, IT- and cognitive technologies. The key areas of development of Singapore's transport infrastructure were analyzed, given that this country received the highest logistics efficiency rating in 2023. It is noted that the leadership is explained by the high quality of logistics infrastructure, including transport, customs clearance and digital support; effective supply chain management, which ensures the fast and reliable movement of goods; strategic location, which allows Singapore to be a key logistics hub in the Asia-Pacific region. A developed transport network provides an opportunity to form economic corridors around infrastructure facilities. The dynamics of the Singapore logistics efficiency index by components for 2016, 2018, 2023 are analyzed. The features of Singapore's transport are outlined from the standpoint of the most efficient, technologically advanced and environmentally friendly transport system in the world. The Port of Singapore is analyzed as a transport infrastructure facility, which is one of the largest transit hubs in the world, and provides logistical flexibility, openness to world markets. It is noted that the Port of Singapore maintains the status of a global logistics hub, implements the concept of decarbonization and sustainable development. Structural, technical and institutional factors that contributed to the formation of a highly efficient transport system, as well as the integration of infrastructure into global logistics chains, are highlighted.
