DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF IT SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS

The article focuses on the key priorities of IT sector organizations, among which one of the most important is ensuring the efficiency of business processes. The purpose of the study is to identify areas for improving the efficiency of business processes of IT sector organizations in Ukraine. The feasibility of applying a new approach to the formation of business process efficiency is substantiated, which, in addition to the traditional components, which mostly include financial, material and technical, human resources, marketing, logistics and sales, etc., provides for the need to develop digitalization and digitization of business processes, strengthen the innovative capacity of enterprises and increase their investment attractiveness. In this context, it is proposed to consider the mechanism for ensuring the efficiency of business processes of IT organizations as an element of the overall management system, which is focused on optimizing business activities in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. Conceptual principles for the development and implementation of the corresponding mechanism have been formulated, which include improving business process efficiency management systems, as well as increasing the effectiveness of the use of economic instruments of managerial influence.The scientific novelty and at the same time practical significance of the research results lies in the fact that a model of a process-oriented management system for IT organizations has been proposed, which is based on the integration of strategic, tactical and operational levels of management, as well as on the combination of process, project and functional approaches to the organization of management activities. This model is focused on providing comprehensive control over the performance indicators of business processes, which allows for effective monitoring of their implementation. The implementation of this management system allows IT organizations to minimize resource costs; increase the level of manageability of business processes; optimize key parameters of financial and economic activities in conditions of increased uncertainty and dynamic changes in the external environment; reduce the negative impact of external risks and threats; increase the internal efficiency of financial and economic process management.
