Abstract

The article is dedicated to the in-depth research of coaching as an innovative, flexible, and highly effective strategy for professional development, especially relevant in the context of the dynamic and complex challenges of the modern business environment. The paper thoroughly explores the essence of coaching as a unique developmental method focused on stimulating both personal growth and continuous professional improvement. This is achieved through the enhancement and practical application of essential soft and hard skills, the transformation of thinking patterns, the development of emotional intelligence, and the unlocking and realization of an individual's inner potential.

In the study, the key aspects of working with a coach are carefully analyzed, emphasizing the individualized approach that helps to uncover personal strengths, set clear goals, and achieve them more effectively. Particular attention is paid to the motivational impact of coaching, which encourages self-awareness, goal-orientation, and responsibility for one's own development. The article also provides a comprehensive classification and characterization of the main types of coaching, such as life coaching, managerial coaching, executive coaching, individual and team coaching, business coaching, and performance coaching. Each type is presented with its specific focus areas, target audiences, and expected outcomes.

Popular and widely applied coaching models, including G.R.O.W. and SUCCESS, are examined in detail, highlighting their structure, methodological foundations, and practical use in different coaching contexts. These models confirm the effectiveness and versatility of coaching in achieving both short-term and long-term professional and personal goals. The article further substantiates the fundamental principles of coaching within the framework of teamwork, emphasizing active listening, mutual trust, constructive feedback, and the co-creation of solutions.

Moreover, the research proposes a step-by-step approach to integrating coaching into personnel training and development programs, outlining essential stages such as needs assessment, coach selection, session planning, and progress evaluation. It is demonstrated that the implementation of coaching within an organization significantly contributes to the overall development of the company and business growth. This occurs through the establishment of more effective communication, the strengthening of interpersonal relationships among colleagues, the stimulation of employee engagement, and the improvement of team organization and collaborative efforts.
