Abstract

The article explores the relationship between corporate culture and staff turnover in modern organizations. Emphasis is placed on the role of corporate culture as one of the key intangible tools of personnel management, which directly affects employee retention, motivation, engagement, and loyalty. The analysis outlines the main components of corporate culture (values, management style, communication system, and organizational mission) that significantly influence the stability of the workforce.

Based on an analysis of current theoretical approaches and the practical experience of Ukrainian and international companies, it has been established that organizations that pay due attention to fostering a positive internal climate achieve lower staff turnover rates. Examples of effective implementation of employee development programs, mentoring, non-material motivation, and corporate social responsibility are considered. Particular attention is paid to the sectoral specifics of staff turnover and the unique challenges faced by companies in the IT sector, trade, services, and public administration.

The research findings confirm that the development of a strong corporate culture contributes to higher employee satisfaction and reduced turnover rates.
