MODELING OF ASSESSMENT OF SOCIAL CAPITAL AS MODERN HR-TECHNOLOGIES OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE

In the conditions of formation of socially-oriented economy of the country, its intensive intellectualization and informatization there is an urgent need of theoretical substantiation and further development of social capital of support, generalization of theoretical positions and formation of methodical approaches to its estimation taking into account components and differences from other types of capital.
Analysis of the structure of social capital shows that it has no material form of existence, so it is impossible to establish and evaluate it using the concept of value added. The level of social responsibility of the enterprise is calculated using an integrated indicator that reflects the degree of compliance of the actual level of socially responsible costs of the enterprise in comparison with the accepted base.
The article examines the use of modern HR-technologies in enterprise management. The essence of the concept of social capital of the enterprise is determined. The peculiarities of qualitative and quantitative assessment of the social capital of the enterprise are revealed, the formation of measures for its further management and development is substantiated. The components of social capital that ensure the reliability of the enterprise in the metabolic processes of the internal and external environment are given. The stages of assessing the feasibility of investing in social programs of the enterprise, which allow to control its social responsibility. Coefficients reflecting the level of social responsibility at the enterprise are substantiated. A process of comprehensive assessment of social responsibility of the enterprise as a component of social capital has been developed. The choice of measures of social programs in the management system of social capital development of the enterprise is carried out. The logistic dynamic model of development of social processes is constructed.
Thus, the importance of modeling social processes is that it integrates in the management process the most important and thorough modern technologies of analysis and management, which creates opportunities for formalization of procedures, rational use of computer technology in social management. The method of modeling is widely used in the study of systems of different nature, but is of particular importance in the system of social management of the enterprise as an effective tool for predicting the development of social processes that are specific to a particular enterprise.
