Abstract

The article examines the features of the formation of the human resource potential of industrial enterprises under modern operating conditions, as well as the key principles of increasing human resource potential under the conditions of post-war economic reconstruction. The essence of the concept of "human resource potential" is determined as a complex of professional and qualification characteristics, personal and business skills and abilities of employees that can be used to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's activities in order to obtain income (profit) or achieve a social effect. Definitions of concepts related to the concept of "human resource potential" are outlined. The emphasis is placed on the principles of forming the human resource potential of the enterprise, which are the basis for making management decisions regarding the integration of human resource potential with the goals and strategy of the enterprise. It is indicated that the management of the human resource potential of the enterprise is aimed at its formation, use, evaluation, development, optimization and improvement. Rational management of human resource potential will contribute to ensuring the stable functioning of the enterprise and the implementation of its strategic development. The current problems of forming and using the human resource potential of domestic industrial enterprises are outlined, with the position that increasing the human resource potential at the present stage should be based on the principles of resilience. The main challenges and tasks facing industrial enterprises that will need to be resolved in the post-war economy are indicated. The increase in the human resource potential of industrial enterprises will be of great importance during the post-war reconstruction of the national economy, which should be used as effectively as possible in conditions of limited resources. In order to restore the effective operation of industrial enterprises, it is proposed to carry out constant monitoring and take into account the influence of external and internal environmental factors in substantiating the policy of forming and using human resource potential. The factors of forming and using the human resource potential of industrial enterprises are developed. It is noted that the strategic aspects of enterprise management are interconnected with the mechanisms of forming, using and increasing human resource potential. The stages of forming a strategy for managing the human resource potential of industrial enterprises are proposed. It is noted that increasing human resource potential is a priority strategic initiative of a modern industrial enterprise.
