Abstract

Modern social management faces numerous challenges related to the need to increase the efficiency of state regulation, ensure transparency of management processes, and improve the quality of social services. Traditional management mechanisms in the context of global digitalization often turn out to be insufficiently flexible, which complicates rapid adaptation to changing socio-economic conditions and growing needs of the population. The purpose of this article is to study modern approaches to the implementation of innovative and communication technologies in social management, analyze their impact on the efficiency of state regulation, and determine the prospects for further development of digital solutions in this area.
The purpose of this article is to study modern approaches to the implementation of innovative communication technologies in social management, analyze their impact on the effectiveness of state regulation and determine the prospects for the further development of digital solutions in this area.
The article examines the role of innovative communication technologies in social management as a key tool for increasing the efficiency of state management and the quality of social services. The interdependence of social management in the context of digital transformation is considered, key trends and innovative approaches to management activities are identified. Modern digital solutions are considered, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data and e-governance, which contribute to the automation of processes, transparency and interactive interaction between citizens and state bodies. The main challenges of implementing these technologies are identified, including issues of cybersecurity, digital inequality and the need to adapt the regulatory framework. The prospects for the development of social management based on digital platforms, personalized services and integrated monitoring systems to increase social justice and public trust are outlined.
The results of the study indicate the importance of a strategic approach to the digital transformation of social governance, including both technological and legal aspects, to ensure sustainable development and improve the quality of life of citizens.
