The education and science system needs fundamental digital changes to align with global trends in digital development and ensure the successful realization of each individual's professional potential. Today, an increasing number of professions require a high level of digital skills and proficiency with new technologies. This demand is further intensified by external factors related to the military actions in Ukraine, which have exacerbated the challenge of implementing innovative technologies in the education system to ensure high-quality education
The article proposes conceptual provisions for the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational activities of higher education institutions. The proposed concept considers the theoretical components of the processes of educational activities, methods and models of the data center for increasing the efficiency and assessing the processes of introducing innovative technologies into the educational activities of higher education institutions. The research focuses on solving complex provisions regarding the formulation of patterns and principles of learning, determining general principles for the development of the use of educational resources and learning technologies, studying organizational models of learning. the use of breakthrough technologies, determining the structural and functional subsystems of the activities of higher education institutions, as well as building a fuzzy model for assessing the effectiveness of digitalization of educational activities based on the theory of fuzzy sets. The data center efficiency assessment model allows you to form an integral indicator of efficiency assessment taking into account the analysis of the values of the parameters of external and internal factors of the activity of the structural and functional subsystems of the HEI (financial and economic, educational and scientific, information and technical, personnel and marketing), which, compared to classical efficiency assessment models, allows you to improve the quality of management decisions aimed at implementing and providing the HEI's data center.
