ECONOMIC SECURITY OF SOCIO-EKONOMIC SYSTEMS ASSESSMENT: CRITERIA, METHODS, INDICATORS OF RESOURCE OPPORTUNITIES

Abstract

In the conditions of war and the critical state of many economic entities, the assessment of economic security is transferred to the category of critical for the survival of enterprises, because it creates opportunities to ensure the effective redirection of goals and applied measures to protect existing and potential resource opportunities, the activation of personnel in the context of security, the protection of information and financial resources. In turn, the development of an effective system for ensuring economic security at the enterprise is impossible without developing a system for evaluating its components, specifying indicators of resource capabilities and designing mechanisms for increasing the existing level of economic security, which actualizes the need to improve existing systems and approaches to evaluating the economic security
The purpose of this study is to consider the main principles, criteria, factors and methods of assessing the economic security of socio-economic systems in order to increase the level of indicators of resource capabilities that characterize it.
In the course of the study, the key advantages and disadvantages of the most frequently used methods of assessing economic security were identified. The criteria for effective assessment of economic security are considered and the application of stepwise analysis as one of them is substantiated. The stages of the evaluation system and the components of economic security of the enterprise under the conditions of "Industry 4.0" are substantiated. The author's vision of the architectural design of system structures and constructions of enterprise management mechanisms is proposed, taking into account the principles of activation of such design, methods of ensuring it, the functions of the interaction of structural elements and the regularities of the functioning of production systems as a basis for the development of modern highly effective management systems for the economic security of the enterprise.
