RESEARCH OF FEATURES THE INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SECURITY OF THE SUBJECT AT LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of ensuring the security of  subject at logistics activity based on the information and analytical approach in modern conditions. A structural and logical scheme of information and analytical security the subject of logistics activity has been formed. The conditions that must be taken into account when forming the system of information and analytical support the subject of logistics activity are highlighted. On the basis of which, a multi-vector mechanism of information and analytical security of the subject of logistics activity with the application of a set of measures to strengthen it is proposed. The calculation of economic efficiency from the implementation the system of information and analytical security of subject at logistics activity is interpreted.

Summarizing the above, it should be noted that information and analytical security of the subject of logistics activity is considered as a system that includes a set of methods, means and methods aimed at collecting, analyzing, protecting information, as well as forecasting, constant advisory support and developing recommendations for making effective management decisions of an operational and strategic nature. One of the main places in the security system is allocated to information and analytical support, since the effectiveness of the activity of the subject of logistics activity, its safety, competitiveness, and sometimes the fact of functioning in the market depends on information, its timeliness, reliability, completeness, and correct interpretation. To solve the tasks set for the information and analytical support system, its following subsystems are interpreted: economic intelligence, information security and analytical and advisory support. Therefore, ensuring the security of a logistics entity is impossible without state policy, since the comprehensive actions of the studied business entities and the state, aimed at maintaining security by creating conditions and taking measures to obtain the required level, will ensure the desired result.
