Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the personnel potential of agrarian enterprises in modern conditions.

It has been firmly established that the personnel potential of an agricultural enterprise is not just a resource, but a strategic one. The company's efficiency hinges on this resource, which comprises professional knowledge, experience, skills, personal qualities, motivation, and the ability to develop. Effectively managing this potential is a decisive factor in gaining competitive advantages in today's agribusiness landscape.

It was found that, in modern conditions, managing an agrarian enterprise's personnel potential requires the use of systemic, strategic, and innovative approaches.

It has been established that an effective system of personnel potential management in the agricultural sector includes planning personnel needs, training and development of employees, motivation, evaluation of their performance, support of seasonal employees, and formation of a personnel reserve.

It was analyzed that agricultural enterprises have specifics related to the seasonality of work. Therefore, the management of personnel potential should take into account flexibility in attracting and supporting seasonal workers. This includes rapid training, provision of appropriate working conditions, and motivational incentives that contribute to the long-term retention of qualified personnel.

It was emphasized that digital HR systems and innovative approaches to personnel management allow optimizing personnel selection, evaluation, and development processes. Automating personnel processes increases work efficiency, reduces time for routine operations, and better manages company resources.

It is argued that the modern management of the personnel potential of an agrarian enterprise should be underpinned by a comprehensive approach. This approach, which integrates planning, development, motivation, evaluation, and technological innovations, is essential for increasing production efficiency, reducing staff turnover, and adapting to rapidly changing market conditions.
