TOOLKIT FOR STRENGTHENING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES IN CRISIS CONDITIONS

Attention is focused on the issues of ensuring the viability and development of domestic enterprises in the modern complex crisis conditions of business. It was established that economic security is a systemic and complex characteristic of the ability of a business entity to counteract challenges and threats, to ensure acceptable financial and economic efficiency of business, to maintain a stable financial condition, and also form prerequisites for functioning and sustainability in a strategic and tactical perspective. The purpose of the article is the formation of theoretical, methodological and applied principles for the formation of tools for ensuring the economic security of business entities in crisis conditions. The instruments for guaranteeing the economic security of domestic enterprises have been defined, which relate to such components of their security as financial, intellectual-personnel, technical-technological, marketing, informational, institutional-legalSince ensuring the economic security of business is a component of management, it is important that the tools aimed at strengthening it relate to certain measures for each of the leading functions of management. Such positions justify the conclusion that the instruments that should be implemented at domestic enterprises in conditions of an acute crisis should be: in the field of analysis - the development of an internal methodology for analyzing the state of economic security of the enterprise; institutionalization of periodic integrated diagnosis of the state of economic security of the enterprise; periodic identification and analysis of internal and external risks; in the field of planning - introduction of the practice of checking development strategies and programs for challenges and threats, impact on parameters of economic security of business; planning vertical-horizontal diversification of business development, taking into account sectors and industries with a higher level of sustainability and stability; in the field of organization – institutionalization of normative and methodical principles of management of economic security of the enterprise; creation of a security department / delegation of relevant functions and tasks to functional and structural divisions of the enterprise; initiation of the practice of drawing up plans and reports of structural units on measures in the field of security; in the field of motivation - awarding personnel for high efficiency in the field of safety; introduction of wage supplements for employees who have entered into insider contracts with the enterprise; funding of personnel development programs related to security training; in the field of control - introduction of a system of constant monitoring of the status of key indicators by functional safety components; control of the state of implementation of expected challenges and threats; constant evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of measures in the field of security assurance; control of the behavior of counterparties and strategic partners.
