INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED PRODUCTION CHAINS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SPACE

The article defines the essential characteristics and main stages of the formation of the institutional mechanism for the administration of the development of cluster systems; it is proven that, taking into account the digital nature of modern integration trends, clustering should be considered as a tool for increasing the competitiveness of economic entities for a strategic perspective. An analysis of the institutional environment for the application of cluster strategies in the modernization of socio-economic systems was carried out; a set of principles and technologies for the interaction of network and institutional structures was formed; the institutional basis of socio-economic transformations in the format of building integrated production chains as components of ensuring national security of the state under the conditions of globalization challenges has been developed.The conceptual foundations of the institutional mechanism of capitalization administration and cost analysis, optimization of innovations in integrated production chains in the format of digitalization of socio-economic space have been studied.
The hierarchy is systematized and the interpretation of the institutional methodology for the formation of the mechanism for the administration of the development of integrated production chains is proposed for the purpose of expanding resource and market opportunities, thereby increasing the potential for quantitative growth and qualitative development of the network system as a whole and ensuring sustainable competitive advantages.
