This study examines scientific approaches to risk management and methods for assessing risks within enterprises. It delves into the theoretical and practical aspects of risk management and workforce organization, which ensure that businesses can adapt to changing environments and wartime conditions. The research analyzes various factors influencing workforce organization in high-risk environments in Ukraine. The novelty of the study lies in the development of a comprehensive approach to risk management by familiarizing personnel with specific actions to take in critical situations. A risk assessment scale for enterprise activities is proposed. Recommendations are provided for improving workforce performance and motivating the team during wartime. The results demonstrate that familiarizing personnel with the developed measures positively impacts productivity. The emphasis on wartime conditions and the need for business resilience is maintained, making the research highly relevant to the current global situation.
Planning risk management measures is a key factor in improving workforce organization in unstable conditions. To ensure business resilience, it is necessary to monitor the external and internal environments, develop scenarios for the development of events, and respond promptly to changes. To encourage enterprise managers to improve workforce organization, it is advisable to: strategically plan measures and link them to personnel rewards based on results, expand delegation of authority, and create a positive corporate culture. Further research is needed on: the impact of digital technologies on the risk of confidential information leakage; analysis of the experience of managing workforce organization in developed countries; and the development of tools for enterprise personnel to respond to external shocks and negative changes.
