The work is devoted to the analysis and research of problems and prospects of logistics process management systems of enterprises in Ukraine under martial law. In the article, the author systematizes logistics operations and tools for automating the processes of the enterprise's logistics system. The key aspects that will influence the effective functioning of the logistics system of the enterprise in the context of managing logistics processes to ensure the economic security of the enterprise are determined.
Thus, the effective functioning of the logistics system of the enterprise in the context of managing logistics processes to ensure the economic security of the enterprise includes key aspects, among which we can highlight: analysis and assessment of risks (identification of potential threats to the logistics system of the enterprise and economic security in general - external factors, such as changes in market conditions, legislative changes, natural disasters, or internal factors such as supply problems, financial instability, quality problems); development of a control system (creation of a system of monitoring and control over the logistics activities of the enterprise, which may include the development of procedures for identifying and resolving existing problems, as well as the development of priority measures to ensure uninterrupted operations); supply chain optimization (examination of the current supply chain and identification of opportunities for its optimization, which include the implementation of effective inventory management systems, improved cooperation with suppliers, and the introduction of new technologies, such as automated warehousing and transportation systems); diversification of suppliers and markets (reducing the risk of concentration by expanding the base of suppliers and customers, which can help reduce vulnerability to changes in the market); introduction of modern information and communication technologies to improve the management of logistics processes; planning of preventive measures for a quick response to unforeseen situations or crises or their prevention, which allows to reduce the amount of resources spent on ensuring the fulfillment of tasks, since the costs of identifying and eliminating adverse factors are lower than the costs of eliminating a crisis state that can be caused by these factors ; training and development of personnel (the availability of qualified and competent personnel with the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of the logistics system increases the efficiency of its operation in the context of ensuring economic security).
