In modern market conditions, the digitization process is one of the determining factors of enterprises' economic growth and society as a whole. Changes in the external environment, in particular technological transformations, the strengthening of information processes, the formation of new consumption requests, cause the growth of digitalization throughout the world. The article is devoted to the problem of personnel development at a manufacturing enterprise at a strategic and production level. The role of strategic personnel development in the current minds of government, the influx of digitalization on personnel management technologies, and the direct development of personnel in the current minds are examined. The rapid transformation of such technologies, economic and social conditions, and the knowledge economy require a review of important aspects of management at the enterprise level. It has been proven that the digital reality forces enterprises to improve the digitalization of work both inside and outside the company for their development. Prospective HR managers must have modern technologies at their disposal and be able to manage them effectively. They are responsible for the construction of basic HR processes and their effective management. Human resources management plays an important role in the digital transformation of business, ensuring the unity of actions and staff involvement in the implementation of changes, prevention of resistance, improvement of corporate culture and high quality of human capital. At the same time, changing and developing thanks to the same digitalization, on based on the introduction of the latest HR technologies, optimization of HR processes. The transition to digital HR includes a multitude of employer-employee engagement options, platforms and tools to build agile organizations and create new types of workplaces. The development strategy was assigned to the personnel and the approaches to its implementation were divided, direct to the implementation of the system and development to the personnel. Digital transformation of business affects personnel management, digitization of this process also occurs in several ways: from the stages of recruitment and recruitment to talent management to automate HR and data management processes. At the same time an effective process of digital transformation of personnel management at the enterprise involves taking into account existing opportunities and threats and developing an effective digitalization strategy on this basis.
