Abstract

In today's world, effective personnel management is impossible without the use of modern HR-technologies in any field of activity. In the conditions of market transformation of the economy, the goal of any enterprise is to obtain the maximum profit at the lowest cost, so the leaders of enterprises face complex problems of improving efficiency. To do this, in modern practice of personnel management is quite actively using modern outsourcing technologies.

The main motives for the use of outsourcing are: the release of its own human and capital resources to improve the profile of the enterprise; improving the quality of final goods or services by attracting specialists; search for options to reduce internal costs by involving a third party organization; avoid staff expansion and reduce staff training costs; lack of own resources; reduction of certain risks.

Under modern conditions of development and dissemination of modern HR-technologies of personnel management, the use of outsourcing of personnel processes becomes especially important for the company. Benchmarking, fuzzy set methods and tools, interval data, regression-correlation analysis and expert assessments are the outsourcing tools used in HR.

The article examines the use of modern HR-technologies in enterprise management. The essence of the concept of outsourcing, the main motives for the use and scope of its practical implementation in the enterprise are determined. The process of modeling business processes of outsourcing of personnel on the basis of definition of the basic indicators of resource potential of the enterprise is developed. The advantages and disadvantages of using outsourcing personnel for the company are presented. The choice of variables for the construction of a multifactor model of management subsystem "Personnel" in the enterprise management system, which is a key part of modeling business processes of outsourcing personnel. A multifactor regression model of linear programming of the resource potential of the organization is built, which is the basis for the transfer of business processes to outsourcing in order to further optimize the organizational structure and streamline the activities of the enterprise. Recommendations for outsourcing business processes using attributive and quantitative criteria of peer review are substantiated.

Thus, as a management tool for outsourcing personnel is designed to ensure compliance of the personnel management system with the objectives of the enterprise and to accompany the detailed analytical information of the financial nature of personnel decisions.
