It is ascertained that the goals of sustainable development in the forestry of Ukraine provide the environment and economic aspects of sustainable development. The efficiency of implementation of environmental measures in forestry was analyzed. The dynamics of the main financial and economic indicators of forestry enterprises in Ukraine for 2018-2021 are analyzed. Stochastical annual growth rates based on Lin-Log Model regression.
Environmental costs increase annually and are made both in the state budget and on their own sources of forest enterprises. Analysis of environmental protection costs in forestry and logging shows the positive dynamics of their size and confirms the relevance of the study of such costs, especially in private forestry enterprises.
Thus, the process of using forest resources is associated with their depletion, which causes the forest enterprises to be actively involved in the protection and reproduction. This confirms the direct link between forestry and environmental protection. We propose to consider measures aimed at achieving the maximum socio-economic effect of improving the condition of forests, conducting them, complex processing and conservation of forest resources.
It is necessary to create a system of decision -making on the assessment and analysis of economic, environmental and social effects of environmental activity of forestry enterprises, which will allow researchers to optimize the process of making management decisions on the efficiency of environmental protection of forestry. This study constructed an economic model of optimization of profitability of environmental measures based on a indicator of net discounted income. This allows you to determine the optimal level of involvement in voluntary environmental programs. Indicators of economic, environmental and social efficiency of environmental costs, profitability of environmental activities and net discounted income from environmental activities can be the basis for adjusting the needs for financing from the state budget or extrabudgetary funds of environmental programs.
