The article examines the influence of self-management on the management of time and resources in organizations, especially in the conditions of military conflicts. Based on the analysis of modern scientific literature, the article emphasizes that self-management goes beyond the simple management of working time and covers aspects of resource optimization in organizations. It focuses on self-management functions such as planning, task prioritization, time management, as well as resource management and communication. Particular attention is paid to the problem of solving the contradiction between the growth of production tasks and limited time resources, where effective time management is a key element of the general concept of resource management. In the context of modern self-management technologies, the question of their optimal use and adaptation to the specific needs of the organization is also considered. In a time of war, when business faces multiple obstacles, the article points to the critical importance of self-management in ensuring the adaptability and resilience of organizations, enabling them to maintain productivity and achieve strategic goals. Thus, the article demonstrates that the integration of self-management into the management practices of organizations is important for increasing overall efficiency and competitiveness, as well as for a systematic approach to managing time and resources in conditions of constant change and challenges.
Implementation of self-management in organizations is a key factor contributing to optimizing the use of time and resources, increasing productivity and work efficiency. Self-management allows employees to clearly plan tasks, determine priorities and rationally organize the working day, which contributes to the effective use of time and reducing the level of stress. Effective resource management through self-management includes optimal use of financial, human, material and technological resources, which ensures cost reduction and maximization of returns. The development of self-management competencies contributes to the constant improvement of skills and the improvement of the qualifications of employees, which directly affects the overall efficiency of the organization. Improving communication processes enables more effective information sharing and team coordination, which is a critical factor in today's virtual and remote work environments. In the conditions of a military conflict, business faces numerous challenges that complicate its functioning, however, the implementation of self-management as a systemic function of time and resource management allows organizations to ensure stability and flexibility in response to external challenges, maintaining the continuity of operational activities and adaptation to changes in the external environment.
