The agricultural sector is a crucial segment of the economy that requires a comprehensive management approach, as it significantly impacts food security and socio-economic development. Strategic aspects of management in the agricultural sector are characterized by the formulation of mission and vision, market conditions and risk analysis, and long-term goal planning.

Contemporary approaches to personnel management in the agricultural sector are described, focusing on selection and development of staff, motivation, and fostering professional growth among employees.

The integration of strategic management and human resources policy in the agricultural sector is analyzed, highlighting its importance for enhancing efficiency and competitiveness. Methods such as the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Human Capital ROI (Return on Investment) analysis are proposed.  The importance of integrated assessment is substantiated, as it allows agricultural enterprises to optimize resource utilization, enhance productivity, and maintain a competitive edge. It facilitates better risk management by providing a comprehensive understanding of internal and external factors affecting the organization.  In conclusion, the integrated assessment of strategic management and HR policy in the agricultural sector is vital for sustainable growth and development.
