Organizational transformations have become an integral part of the modern business environment, driven by rapid changes in technology, market conditions, regulatory requirements, and globalization. Successful implementation of these transformations requires a structured approach that allows the enterprise to adapt to new conditions while maintaining or enhancing its competitiveness. This article is dedicated to exploring the modeling of the organizational transformation process, which ensures effective change management within an enterprise. The article emphasizes the relevance of studying organizational transformations, highlighting that enterprises unable to adapt to changes in a timely manner risk losing their market position. The aim of the article is to develop a model for the organizational transformation process that incorporates the specific characteristics of individual enterprises, thereby ensuring their successful operation in a dynamic environment. The main theoretical approaches to modeling organizational transformations are discussed. The methods and tools used for modeling organizational transformations are highlighted. The systems approach, structural analysis and design methods, simulation modeling, and other tools that help visualize change processes and predict their outcomes are discussed. Emphasis is placed on the importance of integrating various methods to achieve a comprehensive view of the transformation process. The process of developing an organizational transformation model is described in detail, using a specific enterprise as an example. The model includes several stages: diagnosing the current state of the enterprise, defining transformation goals, planning and implementing changes, and monitoring and evaluating results. For each stage, specific methodologies and recommendations are developed to ensure effective change management. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of modeling the process of organizational transformations in an enterprise. The proposed model can serve as a guide for enterprises seeking to successfully adapt to dynamic changes in the business environment, ensuring their stability and development.
