Abstract

It has been proven that in the conditions of deepening international division of labor, interpenetration of countries' economies, enterprises of the air transport industry need to focus on global strategies. It is justified that the strategies of airlines and airports need improvement and adaptation of methods that make it possible to take into account global changes in all aspects of social and economic development of society. Such strategies, aimed at improving the interactions of industry subjects with each other and with the external environment, are an alternative to traditional strategies aimed at obtaining a one-sided effect by a specific market subject. In the current global environment, focusing on unilateral benefits is strategically unjustified.

In the conditions of the deepening of the international division of labor, the interpenetration of the economies of countries, the enterprises of the air transport industry must orient themselves in the same strategic directions: internationalization; diversification; segmentation; globalization; cooperation and integration. In the conditions of global changes and challenges, determining the vectors and models of formation and implementation of interactions with the subjects of the external environment to obtain partnership advantages becomes the main task of strategic management, which replaces the search for ways to obtain competitive advantages. A high level of stability and economic security at an acceptable level of profitability should be included among the main features of relationship strategies.

The definition of the relationship strategy for the researched system of the air transport industry is formulated. A scientifically based system of interactions and mutually beneficial relations of the organization with other subjects of the air transport market, on a bilateral and multilateral basis, which provide the opportunity to obtain partnership advantages, with the aim of obtaining additional economic effect, as well as ensuring the stability of economic development and countering the factors of turbulence, uncertainty and risk of the business environment, due to cooperation with partners in the framework of creating strategic alliances based on exchange, cooperative or integration relations.
