Abstract

Industrial enterprises operate in an uncertain, changing market environment and face many challenges, including: a decline in financial and economic performance; loss of markets; migration processes; a decrease in the share of qualified personnel due to staff shortages. One of the most important issues is the retention of personnel and the rational use of employees, since labor productivity and performance affect the quality of products, production and sales volumes, the level of competitiveness and, accordingly, profitability. It is proved that there is a need for a comprehensive study of the state of employee utilization, which will allow not only to analyze employee performance, but also to formulate and implement tools for increasing the efficiency of their work. It is established that, along with the study of staff performance, it is necessary to monitor the use of employees, which will ensure observation of all aspects of work, the results achieved and create a database for developing tools to stimulate their development and identify current problems. The scientific and methodological approach to monitoring the use of personnel at industrial enterprises has been improved, within the framework of which a theoretical and methodological basis has been formed to allocate tools for ensuring the growth of performance, directions for monitoring the use of personnel, indicators for assessing the status of their use and forecasting the expected results, which will allow to identify ways to improve the performance of employees in an unstable market environment. In addition, the scientific and methodological approach consists of theoretical and methodological blocks, which define the theoretical and methodological foundations for monitoring the use of employees, which will provide recommendations for improving the efficiency of their use, and will contribute to improving the indicators of financial and economic activity and efficiency of enterprises.
