Abstract

The increasing importance of international business in the modern world creates a demand for managers who are knowledgeable in international management and are able to effectively cooperate with representatives of different countries. Cross-cultural communication in management not only allows you to study the behavior of people in organizations around the world, but also helps to teach them to work in companies where employees and customers represent different cultures. Cross-cultural communication expands the possibilities of management at the domestic level to areas covering international and intercultural relations.

With the spread of international trade, there is a growing need to understand how other nations organize their commercial activities and learn more about their approaches to doing business. Understanding these approaches allows you to assess the potential benefits and problems of cooperation with different countries, which, in turn, helps to make competent decisions about cooperation. It also helps determine whether special conditions or approaches are needed to successfully interact with people from other cultures. Thus, all of the above proves the relevance of the topic of this article.

It is stated that the importance of cross-cultural communication in the daily lives of people is not only in the national anthems, but also in the heart of companies, The emergence of parasites in Russian culture is already part of the Jewish community. To increase global perspectives on the subject of poverty, to encourage the cultivation of cross-cultural diversity and business communications.
