CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS OF THE MECHANISM FOR MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE

The study draws attention to the problems of forming and maintaining competitive positions, as well as improving the competitive advantages of enterprises that focus on foreign economic activity. The purpose of the article is the further development of conceptual approaches to the formation and implementation of the mechanism for managing the international competitiveness of the enterprise. The components of the enterprise's external environment are determined as target orientations of the mechanism of managing its international competitiveness. The components of the internal environment of the enterprise are characterized in the context of determining the prerequisites for the formation of the management mechanism of its international competitiveness. The basic principles of managing the international competitiveness of the enterprise are defined and explained, namely, complexity, systematicity, objectivity, dynamism, continuity of the analytical process, optimality. The stages of the international competitiveness management algorithm of the enterprise are disclosed, in particular: identification of external and internal factors at the level of the competitive environment; determining the importance of the identified factors for the growth of international competitiveness; formation of groups and research of interdependencies in the environment of ensuring international competitiveness; assessment and quantification of the impact on the level of international competitiveness; creating models of changes in the environment of ensuring international competitiveness and forecasting the conditions under which such changes will be implemented; forecasting the international competitiveness of the enterprise in comparison with its competitors; determination of ways to increase it when implementing appropriate management mechanisms.
