FORMATION OF INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS OF THE ENTERPRISE

The study revealed the relevance of the issues of development and increasing the efficiency of the use of digital communications of a business entity. The purpose of the article is to improve the theoretical-methodical and applied principles of the formation of institutional support for the management of digital communications of the enterprise. It is shown that the institutional support for the management of digital communications of the enterprise is a system of internal normative-methodical, normative-legal and normative-administrative acts, as well as informal rules and regulations, which allow to manage the communication processes of the business entity with high quality and with sufficiently high efficiency external and internal counterparties. An organizational and institutional mechanism for the formation of institutional support for the management of digital communications of the enterprise has been developed, which includes three blocks of elements: (1) internal regulatory and institutional support, (2) external institutional environment and (3) elements of the institutional environment of the consumer market. A set of measures has been developed that should be implemented in the business management system in order to improve the company's digital communications management system.
The applied value of the research results is that the implementation of the developed measures allows to increase the quality and efficiency of the digital communications management system of the business entity, and this is a direct way to increase the efficiency of business processes and strengthen the viability of the enterprise.
The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the further development of methodological and applied principles of improving the organization's digital communications management system.
