УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА В СФЕРІ РОЗВИТКУ ЖИТЛОВОГО ФОНДУ В УКРАЇНІ

У статті привернуто увагу до проблематики державної політики забезпечення розвитку житлового фонду в Україні. Метою дослідження визначено розробку рекомендацій щодо державної політики покращення інвестиційного середовища в сфері розвитку житлового фонду країни. Охарактеризовано проблемні аспекти, а також перешкоди збільшення інвестиційної активності у сфері будівництва житла. Визначено чинники та умови покращення інвестиційного середовища у секторі житлового будівництва України. Окреслено напрями, а також комплекс заходів, які слід реалізувати для покращення інвестиційного середовища в сфері розвитку житлового фонду в Україні. Констатовано, що головними напрямами державної інвестиційної політики повинні стати податкове стимулювання інвестицій, застосування прискореної амортизації, створення стабільних умов для іноземних інвесторів, підтримання інноваційної діяльності та заохочення науково-технічного прогресу в системі будівельного комплексу країни та житлового будівництва зокрема.
