У статті проведено аналітичне оцінювання сучасного стану, визначено тенденції та напрями удосконалення організаційно-економічного забезпечення депозитної політики банківських установ на рівні вітчизняного банківського сектору й провідної державної банківської установи (АБ «УКРГАЗБАНК») в умовах військового конфлікту та нестабільного конкурентного середовища. Акцентована увага на важливості адаптивності управлінської діяльності при формуванні депозитної політики банківської установи із застосуванням real-time моніторингу та визначено ключові фактори формування меж депозитної політики банку, що при активному застосуванні у короткостроковій перспективі забезпечить досягнення цілей депозитної діяльності, а в довгостроковій – ефективний ризик-менеджмент та покращення показників ліквідності та фінансової стійкості.
