ПРІОРИТЕТИ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ЖИТЛОВОГО ФОНДУ УКРАЇНИ: АСПЕКТ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність реалізації державної політики стимулювання розвитку житлового фонду України. Наголошено на перешкодах та проблемах в сфері житлового будівництва, що стримують формування та реалізацію її інвестиційного потенціалу і забезпечення. До пріоритетів державної політики стимулювання розвитку житлового фонду України враховуючи аспекти інвестиційної активності віднесено створення сприятливого інвестиційного середовища, збільшення обсягів капітальних інвестицій, покращення структури інвестицій, забезпечення високого рівня захисту інтересів та прав інвестора, підвищення ефективності використання інвестицій та інвестиційного процесу, розвиток співробітництва у сфері інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності. В контексті пріоритетів державної політики визначено актуальні засоби їх досягнення.
